In an effort to expedite our shipping process, our orders are processed automatically by our computer system immediately after they are submitted. Once an order is submitted, we are not able to make changes to or cancel it. Any modifications to products, quantities, addresses or payment information need to be made prior to the final submission of the order. We do provide an itemized list of charges, quantities and items in the shopping cart that displays on the checkout screen before the order is submitted. We recommend for all customers to review their orders carefully prior to clicking the final submission button.
Our system has been designed in this fashion in an effort to be able to route information to our warehouses, so that they can pull products, pack them, label them and hand them over to the shipper after receiving the order. This allows us to deliver quality products to your door with speed and efficiency. If you have mistakenly ordered an incorrect item, or wish to return an order, we do have a 30 Day Return and Exchange policy for all items sent.
All orders are delivered via UPS and are able to be shipped to all locations available by UPS.
