Ronnoco Coffee has purchased U.S. Roasterie, an Iowa-based private label coffee producer, marking its fifth acquisition in two years.
“Over the past 20 years, U.S. Roasterie has partnered with hundreds of customers in developing and supporting their private label brands,” Ronnoco's Chief Executive Officer Scott Meader said in a statement. “The addition of this facility and management team gives Ronnoco another platform through which to pursue alternate channel growth in a large and growing segment of the coffee industry, and will leverage the capabilities, systems, and outstanding customer service of Ronnoco.”

Ronnoco Coffee has acquired Jacksonville, Ark.-based Biff’s Coffee Roasting Co. and will move its coffee production to St. Louis. Coffee made by Biff’s is distributed to grocery, food service and office customers in Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas.
Biff’s is the fourth acquisition by St. Louis-based Ronnoco in 18 months. Ronnoco’s other recent acquisitions were International Blends, Henderson Coffee Corp., and the coffee and tea business of Love Bottling Co.

St. Louis coffee roaster Ronnoco Coffee has acquired certain assets of Oklahoma-based Love Bottling Co., its third acquisition in just over 10 months.
As part of Ronnoco’s growth strategy, the $60 million company bought the coffee, tea and condiments business of Love Bottling, officials said. The deal closed Jan. 31. Terms were not disclosed. Read full article here

St. Louis-based Ronnoco Coffee LLC has acquired International Blends coffee distributor as part of its strategic expansion plan, company officials announced today.
The transaction with International Blends, which has 550 customers and is based in Clinton, Mo., extends Ronnoco’s geographic reach to western Missouri, CEO Scott Meader said.
